To accommodate the health and wellness of all of our residents, we do not allow smoking on the balconies. This is a nonsmoking building and property, and so you must follow all provincial smoking restrictions by standing nine or more meters away from the building.

You may operate an electric barbeque on your balcony, propane barbeques are forbidden by law.

Your rent covers the rental of your unit, as well as the use of amenity spaces, concierge, and security. Utilities—including heating and electricity—are separate. In addition, we have a menu of optional services that may be of interest to you for an extra fee.

All residents will be able to reserve our community room for private events, which can be arranged through our Concierge. It is free to book amenities for private use, though we do ask that you tidy up afterwards to keep our community clean for everyone’s enjoyment.
